As promised showing the back of brooch/pin. You can really see the detail on the 3-bead picot stitch that I used for edging and finishing. I really enjoy that deep opaque red color against the chartreuse color wool felt.
Hello, A 3 bead picot. You string on 3 seed beads, lash through the edge of what you are wanting to close and then come up through the last strung bead and they will stand right up on the edge. You then only need to add 2 beads next and come through the 2nd bead and continue all the way around. Is that clear as MUD. :)
