This will be my next project, to complete more individual wrought stands for my ArtDolls. This stand used a round stone for the base while 12 gauge copper wire formed the framework. The stand and the small mermaid were show stoppers together.  Posted by Hello

The copper wire with the stone is wonderful, what a great combination, those two textures/colors together provide a great contrast to the doll.

Thank you... I have been using copper for everything it is so warm feeling and versatile. It is an ancient material that when used gives a *relic* feel to my work.
