My Neighbor at Westmoreland

One of my neighbors was Dave Cook from Bedford, Pa. He had the most creative of the clothing booths I saw. His wife, Heidi, designs and creates the pieces and then he "Krinkle Dyes" them with the most innovative contrasting color combinations. He is a color guru!
