list monday

This weather has been phenomenally beautiful for a November in Pennsylvania.  How lovely to have the door wide open in the Studio and the breezes blowing sweetly through while creating.
Have you ever told yourself how absolutely amazing you are?  How about-- you can do anything you set your mind to, it’s okay to make a mistake, you don’t need permission from anyone to dream and explore your interests and passions, you have a beautiful soul, you are safe, you can do anything or perhaps that you’re handling it beautifully.  My favorites are the bit about having a beautiful soul, you are safe and it's okay to make a mistake.  I am always incredibly hard on myself, at times and I do know that about myself and try to stop those ruminating thoughts with positive ones. What is your go-to positive phrase?  On to the list ;)
