List Monday
We had our Thanksgiving dinner on Friday this year. With my Father's happening on Wednesday and Thursday not being convenient for other family members, Friday was ours. Did you add something new to your dinner menu? I changed up the coleslaw recipe with adding brown mustard seeds, Duke's Mayonnaise, grated celery and OREGANO. Oregano was in the coleslaw, when we enjoyed a delicious meal at The Knickerbocker Tavern, in Altoona, PA, that I indulged in served with a freshly dipped Atlantic Haddock Fish & Chips. As I get older celery and oregano taste amazing more and more. Also instead of the traditional mashed potatoes this year they were roasted in olive oil/corn oil with rosemary and garlic. Both additions were very tasty and well received from the dinner crowd, haha.
It was a wonderful holiday dinner, with great conversations, among people that love each other. Now to the list.
