I have been keeping my ETSY shop since etsy.com was based out of a Brooklyn apartment back in 2005, Rob Kalin, Chris Maguire, and Haim Schoppik created a company that would give the makers of the world an online platform to sell their goods. Its maker goodness vibe was undeniable and truly beautiful. So much has changed from its original business plan.
On the PA Wilds Marketplace website they pose the question, Does It Matter Where The Stuff You Buy Comes From? well... They think so and so do I, as well as many more in The Wilds Cooperative of PA community.
Proudly made in the PA Wilds, our products celebrate the beauty, bounty and rural traditions of our region. How cool is that! We all could use a little WILD-ness in our lives!
These 3 orders were going not just to Pennsylvania but, 1 also to, Alaska. When ordering from makers it warms my heart to receive pieces that the artisan has added that extra touch. Each order, that I send out, is decorated and treated like a gift, lol.
