List Monday

Herb and I ate at the Peppermill Restaurant for a delicious homestyle dinner  last night. Oh my, it was so good and inexpensive!  Going back and forth between the pork chop Sunday special or their famous Peppermill fish fry, deciding, then on the fish fry, after our server highly recommended it.  Herb chose the marinated sirloin, both prepared perfectly.  It is a big thing on social media, currently, to make food where you can hear the crispness. The fish breading was fried to perfection.  I poked my head into the kitchen to tell the chef, his fried fish was what all fried fish strives to be when they grow up <3

So much writing lately, my goodness, for the JCT and my business.
