Mother's pins a sense of nostalgia

I keep these in one of my sewing boxes. Yes, I have many, one for my dolls, one for buttons and one just to carry about my current beading project to just name a few. I think that is almost as enjoyable as the creating, the combining of elements to form a kit. My favorite *kit* is the old lunchbox from the 20's that I keep my current projects in. It is the one that goes with me in the vehicle, to shows and to gatherings. It also serves as a mini office/studio complete with pictures in the lid of my children.
These pins are an added comfort to place me where I need to be for that creative flow.
