Last evening was our monthly Elk County Council on the Arts meeting. It went very well and as always a very enjoyable group. The Summer's End Festival was discussed and here is the newly printed up brochures for the event. I am taking a pile to Manayunk for passing about this weekend. The tours of the historical homes of Ridgway are amazing as is the Festival.
