My 'HERO' came after supper to check out my system(update a few things) and help out with my loading problem. There was some strangeness with some spyware and read only settings. Now all is good to go! He is such a wonderful person and a talent in the computer world. Just happened that my daughter was making apple pies tonight and I guess they are his favorite. So, he was paid with PIE.
