Easter Sushi :) :)
I love California Rolls and created one today using Easter offerings. The components included sweet potatoes, cream cheese, slivered carrots and hard boiled eggs. We were at Wegman's last week where I replenished my addiction with fresh Nori sheets, pickled ginger and light soy.
We do love our Wegman's :) :)
They were so delish! I realized some prep mistakes I have been making along the way.
I was very happy with the results.
