small things in life

I am drawn to those fleeting moments during the day that bring it all together and there are many, for the smallest of moments are the most important. A wall of friendly handmade framed work, a collection of milk glass vases found at a household sale, the sun hitting the front porch railing from the kitchen window or a late breakfast with my family around the kitchen table.
A photography challenge is a lovely way to capture them reinforcing in us that our lives have meaning and are very important in feeding our souls also.
So as each theme presents itself my immediate reactions are to the simplest of vignettes in my house usually, lol ;) This imagery reinforces that I am here in this world at the moment bringing me back to center.
